The lovely Hope hasn't just a great name (it means "espoir" in french, isn't that wonderful)... She also has a great style that she exposes on her blog, Simply Hope style. I let you discover this young 15 year old girl...

Can you please introduce yourself for people who don't know you?
I am Hope Bidinger and I have a fashion blog, "Simply Hope".

april shower

April Shower is a french band from Bordeaux. I saw this band in Bordaux, at the Rock School Barbey for the Inrocks concert.
"Pétillante et acidulée, la pop étrange de cinq Bordelaises qui devraient vite affoler la blogosphère mondiale - elles ont le culot, les mélodies en miel et les refrains amers pour chercher des noises aux héritières des Raincoats et Kate Bush."
Les Inrockuptibles ...

Here a picture of there concert at the Rock School Barbey.
There names are : Margaux, Ayla, Lucie, Blandine and Guillemette
There first video clip Boy you're an alien  is purely fresh and funny. It looks like a Michel gondry video clip (Daft Punk : around the world; La science des rêves; ...)
Hope you'll enjoy this band ////

I have a walk in closet, it's not so big and even though all my clothes do not fit in there i love it!

Animation- Chalk Stars

I found this video ages ago and it's just too cute! My friend's sister made this and I think it's probably one of the best animations I've seen, not that I've seen that many anyways. I remember making an animation like this in IT and turned out to be a bit of a fail? I think I'd get so fed up that I'd only finish half of it and never do the ending haha.  Enjoy! Tell me what you think of it. Hope you all have a lovely day.

That dress

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
I bought this puffy dress last summer, i almost never wear it. But i can't stop looking at it cause it's so cute.

You won't be able to know if you loved or loathed this movie.

Yesterday night, at 11.30 p.m, I was on my seat, shocked.
I watched Black Swan.
And so, I have to tell you about it.
It's simple : watching Black Swan makes you feel everything you can feel in life.
When the story begins, you feel the stress with Nina Sayers (Natalie Portman), she has a nightmare, you have a nightmare too, she's shocked by Beth M's reaction (an "old" ballerina), you're shocked also. You move from one state to another. You feel excitement, effervescence, fear, nervousness, you're concentrated when Nina Sayers began her suite of "déboulés" (word in french for a series of quick turns on alternating feet with progression along a straight line or circle. we can also talk about "chainés"), etc etc.
All the pressure Nina has, you have too.
This movie takes your mind and takes it to Nina Sayer's own mind.
I don't want to do spoilers, because even if the movie came out lotta of days ago,
some people hasn't watch it yet.
For my part, I wanted to watch it before the Academy Awards (or the Oscars) on Sunday night. And I cross my fingers for Black Swan (and above all, Natalie Portman !!).
Because that's just really really really really a great movie. Even if I couldn't say if I loved it, really. It's so shocking, it's so wonderful, it's so terrible, it's upsetting, shattering!
You have to watch it, really.

I'm pretty sure the movie set has been exhausting for everybody.
Good luck for watching this movie, and tell me what you're thinking about ! I'm waiting for comments !

(Tavi, the great style rookie blogger made a long article, so interesting, about the movie, and the costums, wonderful ballet costums, created by the Rodarte sisters, whom she knows well. By the way, she's so right when she says in her title : "I would offer a quote from the film but they're basically all screaming and creepy music".)

DETAILS

Jewerlies like earrings, necklaces and rings can make that little extra with an outfit. And I revel in them! So never doubt about buying a good looking jewerly if you find one!

What I'm Listening to.

1. Rolling in the Deep - Adele
sorry about the video, its a little strange, but I really like this song! I am pretty sure that it just came out a few days ago, too.

2. Lights - Ellie Goudling (an album not a song)
Well, I am not exactly listening to this (yet) because the release date is on March 8th, but I bought starry eyed from the EP, and I really liked that and I cannot wait until the album comes out. When it does I plan on buying "Lights" and "Every Time You Go". If you click here you can click on the songs and then you will be redirected to them in iTunes, if you want to hear a 1:30 min preview of them.

haha I just realized that Adele is British, therefore both of these artists are British. It has always confused me on why British accents basically disappear when British people sing..?

I ♥ MY HAT!

Hat: Topshop, £25

-I got this hat from topshop yesterday, and i am in LOVE! and yeah.. i like throwing it up in the air and trying to catch it on my head :)

looks like rain, dear.

OPI for sephora: "looks like rain, dear"
OPI: "elephantasic pink"

I absolutely love having painted nails. I feel incomplete without nail polish, haha. Although I do HATE when it chips... I love wearing the traditional pink and also METALICS. The above (1st picture) is my absolute favorite nail polish ever, unfortunately it is also the absolute hardest thing to get off your nails, but literally every time I look at it it makes me think of christmas. The second picture is of the nail polish that I am wearing now. It is like the perfect spring pink.
